Personal investment in real estate • My husband and I have owned dozens of properties in Colorado Springs - rentals & commercial property, remodeling projects & our own homes. I truly enjoy and have a thorough understanding of new construction and renovation processes. Over the years, I have played the part of general contractor on dozens of our own real estate projects.
Personal background • I was born in Budapest, raised in New Zealand, attended university in Germany and married an American whom I met in Australia. Dave & I moved to the United States in 1970 and have made Colorado Springs our home since 1974. My name is pronounced Zhew-Zhah but I happily respond to anything close, including just Z.
